Milton Point Provisions (“MPP”) is a 25 seat, fast casual restaurant located in the Milton Point area of Rye, NY. They service the greater Westchester area with Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Prepared Meals, Private Events and Catering

Opened in the Spring of 2020, MPP faced the unprecedented challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic head-on. These challenges spurred creativity and led to the exploration of additional revenue streams. Despite the adversity, MPP struggled to effectively communicate their expanded capabilities to customers.

To address this, after thorough discussions with the owner, site tours, and a comprehensive competitor analysis, we developed a comprehensive Catering Package. This included curated catering menus tailored by category and party size, an onboarding introduction PDF, a catering inquiry form, themed menus and strategic recommendations for the next phase of building the restaurant's website.
